FOR STUDENTS:
Student Premium (formerly Student Engineering Kit/Student Access – SEK)
- Get your school Serial Number (License Key) and a SEK-ID from your teacher.
- Click the orange button below to download the Installation Guide – this will be helpful as you go through the download process.
- Complete the Community Download Form to start the download process at: www.SOLIDWORKS.com/SEK
FOR TEACHERS:
- Provide students with your school Serial Number (License Key) and a SEK-ID.
- If you do not have one or both of these numbers, click the orange button submit your request.
*NOTE: Your school must have a current subscription to download SOLIDWORKS. If you are not a current subscriber and are interested in a quote, please click the orange button below to submit your request.
Updating SOLIDWORKS License Manager Program
- Launch existing SolidWorks License Manager Program, transfer the license back to SolidWorks over the internet
- Uninstall SolidWorks License Manager Program (uninstall or remove all SolidWorks Folders)
- Download 2025 SolidNetwork License Manager Program from Customer Portal and install
- Activate 2025 Network License over the internet
- Install 2025 SolidWorks on client machines using the computer name or IP address of the license manager computer
